Crescent Title Once Again Tops Book Of Lists

Crescent Title was once again ranked the top real estate title firm in the New Orleans metropolitan area in the Book of Lists, an annual ranking compiled by New Orleans CityBusiness newspaper.

Earning the top ranking kept Crescent Title in a position it has held for several years as the leader among New Orleans real estate title firms. Crescent Title completed nearly 3,500 real estate transactions in the period covered by the most recent Book of Lists.

Stephanie Machado has over 10 years of experience in mortgage lending, 3 of which she spent owning her own firm, First Choice Funding in Abita Springs. Stephanie has been a top producing Mortgage Broker on the Northshore and has served many customers throughout the Southeast Louisiana region. She is a 2002 graduate from the University of New Orleans with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and a minor in Information Technology. She continued her education by earning a Masters in Business with a Minor in Human Resources. Stephanie has a passion for helping customers work toward their goals and is passionate about making loans. It’s what Stephanie does, everyday, all day long.

After LSU, I spent 3 years playing professional football, spending time in Pittsburgh, NFL Europe, and Birmingham with the XFL.

My wife, Tippy, and I have been married for over 8 years and are blessed to have a 3 year old son. We enjoy spending time with family and friends, fishing, our community, and attending Saints and LSU football games.

These experiences have built the fundamentals of dedication, integrity, an extreme work ethic, and a passion for helping others that have provided a successful track record over the past 10 years in the financial services industry.
